NOW HIRING: FENCE INSTALLER

$20–$28/hour + Overtime (1.5x)

Average 40 hrs/week (opportunity to work more if desired)

 

Must be capable of showing up to work when required and ready to learn. Opportunities to expand into running a crew.

 

Our work is approximately 50% residential and 50% agricultural, using quality tools and equipment to ensure efficiency and precision.

 

What You'll Do

• Lay out and mark post locations, corners, and gate openings

• Set posts, install rails/fittings, hang gates, and stretch fabric

• Help meet production and quality goals while keeping a clean, safe job site

 

What We're Looking For

• Experience in fencing or similar trades

• Strong measuring and layout skills, along with job site problem-solving ability

• Reliable, safety-minded, and able to lead by example

• Valid driver’s license

 

Why This Job
